  • This movie company has been far more successful and more well known across the globe. I also like the musical ones that they do.

  • It's quite hard, as Dreamworks has some good movies (How to train your dragon, the Croods, Rise of the Guardians), but Disney has a lot more, and their movies have better story lines. :-)

  • Aside from the questionable outcome of recent Disney actress exports like Cyrus, Disney is the BEST in inspiring the masses and making their dreams come true. My dream came true when they released their string of Marvel superhero movies. I do love DreamWorks Studios and what they have done for me, but Disney has changed my life. Disney has implanted in me that fairy tales are possible and that believing in yourself will make you go far. I may seem idealist, but it doesn't hurt to have hope.

  • Dreamworks is by no standard a terrible studio, as its has great brands such as Shrek, Madagascar, How to Train your Dragons, Kung Fu Panada, etc. But they only hit the mark every couple of years. Disney on the other hand, ever since 2008 has been pumping out hit after hit, starting with Bolt, and then The Princess and the Frog, Tangled, Winnie the Pooh, Wreck-It-Ralph, Frozen, and now Big Hero 6. Plus the fact, disney changes it genre every film, and doesn't constantly have fart jokes like dream works. Both are amazing studios, but disney just has a record of great movies. P.S. Its kind of ironic that Jeffrey Katzenberg who ran disney animation, now envies Disney.

@moonandsun Nonsense. They were not of the original who spawned the successful studio system -- which comprised of Universal, Fox, Warner Brothers, MGM, Paramount, United Artists, and others

They have structure. Disney doesn't. It's always been garbage

How can you compare any Disney movie to the excellent "Harry Potter" movies

For me Disney is just going down. They used to be good as childhood because they had "CHILD FRIENDLY MOVIES". Now it's all about crap. They haven't even made sequel to Incredibles and that's just horrible when you see bad movies like Cars 2 come out.
