Conor—that would mean power concentrated in the hands of fewer people.

Is this question about size of government as in its power, or size of government as in its representatives?

Mathgeekjoe says2015-04-12T12:12:33.0784409-05:00
Then you should have said that.

Joe—it was implied

None of the people who commented understood that it was implied.

Joe—no, they all seemed to get the point. Larger government implies more representatives. Smaller government implies fewer representatives. I'm speaking in a numerical sense, here

"Yes, like once America was first starting out, we wouldn't have needed such a large government as today. But with the growth of population in America, and the growth in land. We need the Federal Government to keep certain things in control. Like the management of the states, or the management of the military." He is talking about power of the government, evident by him talking about its management and keeping things under control. "If anything it needs a smaller one." He is also talking about government power. Not number of reps.

You care way too much about this. I say the question is open to interpretation. There.

Then you shouldn't complained about CyberConor with his interpretation. "Conor—that would mean power concentrated in the hands of fewer people."

Really, Joe? That's what this is about?

Besides, I said "open to interpretation." Never said I had to agree with yours :)

Stop arguing, I meant less government power. Not less people.... I'm a libertarian. We need a larger congress, less executive power.
