Do religious differences break bonds and trust between people in the workplace?

Religion doesn't. Ignorance does. As long as one can do their job, they can worship a pantheon of flying banana goats for all I care

@jf386 - Agreed. The problem is that the workplace can still be filled with ignorance so until we can eradicate that, we should probably just avoid talking/promoting religion in the workplace. I've seen otherwise good employees that just cannot handle the fact that a Muslim employee is given a special room and break time so that they can do their prayers. Mind you, these are just good employees...Not necessarily good people....
