Outside the human mind human rights and morals do not exist. The reality is that in a state of nature we have the same rights/morals as a giraffe, the right to be eaten by faster stronger predators. Moral codes are developed by the powerful (who are not bound by the same moral codes) as social controls to keep us plebs in our place
