  • To annoy all those liberals. XD no, I love gay people, may aunts are gay. Still to annoy those liberals.

  • because it is a sin if god intended for gay people to exist then he would have made it to where they can reproduce but they cant so therefor i am against gay people

  • You have to really be extremist to hate gays.

  • I don't hate someone because of what they do on their own time that doesn't affect anybody.

  • I love everyone, but I cannot abide by gay and lesbian actions. They are condemned in the Bible, so I will not stand for them. I love the people apart from their actions. Legalizing gay marriage legalizes sin which promotes sin which encourages death and inadvertently tells people to damn themselves to hell for an eternity.

  • What'd they do to me??

  • I don't care for self loathing.

  • The church hates homosexuals for NO reason. Because of this, I doubt the reason of why I follow the "words of God."

  • we all bleed red

  • I don't hate anyone.

  • Gay people are weird as hell. But I don't hate them, I mean who cares what they do in their bedroom?

  • I am against Homosexality but not Homosexuals

  • I was taught to love everyone and even if I did (which I don't) think that being gay was wrong I wouldn't hate them.

  • It's ridiculous that people can have so much hatred towards people just because of their sexuality. By this time now, homosexuality is very common, yet people are still complaining about how unnatural it is. As if it is some weird fetish that not very many people are into. If it doesn't affect your life personally and hurt you in any way, you have no reason to complain and degrade people for it. I get that homophobes believe that it is a choice, they're choosing to "sin", but it's quite the contrary. But I don't believe anyone is born gay OR straight. It's just something you figure out as you get older. I mean, people don't choose to be sexually aroused by bondage, people with a certain hair color, stuff like that. We can't help it, we can ignore it, but it's really not a choice. And people who believe legalizing gay marriage will promote sin, or encourage children to be gay, are ignorant. Making gay marriage illegal will not keep anyone from seeing the same gender and kids will see same sex relationships at some point in their life whether gay marriage is legalized in their state or not.

  • Only homophobe and Christians hate gays.

  • No. I am Christian, and I do believe it is a sin. I am against homosexuality, but not the people themselves. I love them like everybody else and treat them no different than I would any other person. The people who holds signs like "God hate fags" annoy me. They aren't representing their God right, or anyone who follows God either. People get the idea that we all are like that, but we aren't! Too bad people will think that based on a few people's actions

Where are all the homophobics at?
TBR says2015-04-20T19:14:56.5153918-05:00
@ Pro-lifeConservative - what part of the bible?
komododragon8 says2015-04-20T19:24:09.2925693-05:00
Pro-lifeConservative: We dont base our laws off what the bibles says unless shellfish and mixed fabrics have been banned in the time Ive been writing this.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-04-20T19:33:31.1369422-05:00
The mixed fabrics was symbolism, the shellfish rule was changed by jesus.
komododragon8 says2015-04-20T19:48:41.4027772-05:00
Math: That doesnt change the fact that shellfish were still condemned in the bible just like gay marriage, also the fact that the bible discusses both mixed fabrics and homosexuality in the same way shows that both could be viewed as symbolism or literalism-unless the bible has the symbolic phrases in italics or something. Lastly you still havent countered the fact that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion"
Mathgeekjoe says2015-04-20T19:50:26.9876460-05:00
It doesn't deal with religion, it deals with the definition of a word. Plus when did this poll become about laws against gay marriage?
M4sturDebater says2015-04-20T19:56:33.0250004-05:00
@ CommunistDog the church doesn't hate gay people.
tajshar2k says2015-04-20T19:57:37.8902162-05:00
WBC hates gays.
komododragon8 says2015-04-20T19:58:57.6691276-05:00
My response was to pro-lifeConservative who states: "Legalizing gay marriage legalizes sin which promotes sin" so while the the poll isnt about legalization his comment was. Also when you refer to "it" are you talking about the first amendment.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-04-20T20:20:13.4141054-05:00
By it, I meant the gay-marriage debate. I don't see any reason why it can't be called a civil union and have the exact same benefits as marriage.
TBR says2015-04-20T20:36:29.1067598-05:00
Why does it bother you that it is called marriage?
CyberConor says2015-04-21T18:19:19.2346731-05:00
I don't support gay marriage, I don't mind gays loving each other, but I don't think government should be involved in any marriage.
CommunistDog says2015-05-18T19:53:26.1054911-05:00
Why do you not support gay marriage? ._.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-05-18T20:02:03.1118071-05:00
@Communistdog. Why comment on CyberConor's position of gay marriage when he said he doesn't support any government involvement with marriage of any kind, heterosexual homosexual or any other type of marriage.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-05-18T20:03:39.4118417-05:00
@Bobbea1 "Only homophobe and Christians hate gays." Last time I checked being Christian doesn't require hating gays.
CommunistDog says2015-05-18T20:05:43.9326381-05:00
Math, I don't see what you're trying to point out.
Varrack says2015-05-18T20:09:54.5357985-05:00
@CommunistDog: the libertarian position on marriage is to not regulate it at all. That it's not recognized by the government, just religious ceremonies.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-05-18T20:10:24.8610397-05:00
@Communist. CyberConner doesn't support any marriage in a way. And in a way he supports any form of marriage. That is he against the current system of government having involvement of hetrosexual marriages. He thinks there should be no government involvement in marriage at all. So in a way he isn't against any type of marriages existing, he just thinks the government should not be involved.
