Fatty foods don't make you fat. The only way you can get fat is eating more calories than your body burns. It's that simple. Nothing else can make you fat.

Fatty foods don't exactly make you fat. The only thing you have to watch out for is the calories, which actually do make you fat. GMO food is much, much unhealthier than natural food. Burning calories won't help if you don't have high metabolism. That is probably why the US of America is one of the most obese countries in the world.
