You could argue hes still getting punished, but not nearly what is normal or should be expected, but he basically got away with it
I'm sure there are a fair share of cases, but rich people get jailed on a daily basis.
This also goes for crime being about sexual assault for example: A famous actor or celebrity such as Jimmy Saville is dead, and now people claiming against him for sexual assault in the 70s-90s. The police or anyone cannot do anything about this apart from shaming him and saying that he is responsible. Now there has been a cluster of allegations of sexual assault towards many celebrities in England. Oddly, despite all the allegations and evidence, hardly any of these people have been found guilty (please note that all of these people are still alive. Hmmn... Not suspicious at all.
Yeah, because of "Affluenzia", the disease that apparently makes it difficult for rich people to know the difference between right and wrong.
