Does the Duggars sexual abuse incident highlight a problem with homeschooling?

  • Not at all. Im not an advocate ofhomeschooling personally i dont care much fir it though i do support the right to do it, but if you actually look the vast majority of homeschooling families have never abused their children. The rate us about the sane as with non homeschooling families maybe less depending on where you look. There is a problem with abusive familes in public schools pulling their kids out after an initial social services investigation but thats not the sane situation. No the Duggars is a priblem if extremism and immense sicial pressures in a cult like religius sect (quiverful movement) leading to a messed uo dynamic. Or its a councidence and hes just a sex offender.

@Stefy - The child would have had more opportunities to discuss the abuse in a normal school environment.
