People form voting blocs, where a group of friends with similar agreements all vote on each others debate. Notice how the 8 best debaters are all conservative. 5 of which are from Texas. Suspicious is it not?

I'm still pretty new to debating on DDO and so far I feel my voters haven't been unfair and voted for me just because they liked me or they were my friends. Maybe in the debates between major people they do but I have yet to have this experience.
I don't vote with bias in regards to the users arguing. And I don't really talk to too many people on this site, and I'm not popular enough to notice people voting for me because of that, so as far as my knowledge allows me, I say no.
