Playing with our brain chemistry is as old as humanity. Many animals do it. It is healthy. It is fun. It opens experiences. It is not a DARE poster. Is is not a "faces of meth" picture. It is good and normal. Drugs are not a one time shot to "blow your mind".
My contention is, temporarily altering brain chemistry allows for unique ways of thinking. This is NOT a bad thing. Getting overly concerned about the label "drugs" is limiting our potential for the positive effects possible from using drugs.
Mathgeekjoe - The effects of drugs are unique. That is why people use them. Let me ask this way. Forgetting images in your head about drug users, and frying eggs. If there were an activity that allowed you to have a unique experience for a short amount of time. Would it be a positive to explore this experience?
