How are YOU affected after playing a violent video game?

This is not how you are affected long term, but how you affected immediately after playing a violent game.

LittleBallofHATE: Finally someone else who thinks violent games could potentially be a release of aggression, as opposed to causing it.

It might be the only thing I agree with him on

MyDinosaurHands: I hardly think that would qualify as violent behaviour though it is true that video games do seemingly adversely affect you.

Millions of people play violent video games. You don't see them running around blowing up stuff. The only possible way video games could adversely affect someone, is if they already have a preexisting condition that makes them prone to violence. There is no evidence to suggest otherwise.

On the other hand, if someone really sucks at these games, it could trigger a homicidal response. I know. I've come close. LOL!
