This is an interesting poll; on the one hand, you have an option with great risk yet medium repercussions (losing a finger), and on the other hand, you have an option with medium risk and yet massive repercussions (death).
The chances of getting out unscaved are not bad, even though the consequences are high. With Russian Roulette, you will likely nail your fingers multiple, excruciating times. On the other hand, one unfortunate result and your dead without much pain. It is probably a better idea to play the knife game if a doctor was around, but Russian Roulette is a much less stressful alternative, especially since it's not your own doing.
