  • How about we find a nice balance, and stop spewing all this $hit about being one or the other?

  • The only thing that is inevitable (based on history) is the continual rise and fall of structures. As we grow more advanced the cycle may become longer, but I still believe we can count on destabilization of society as a whole eventually.

Jifpop Ivery level headed and a visionary. Rhodesia your aversion to Socialism is yet to be known, I would like to actually know your strong view against it and why you feel it will abolish your freedom, liberty, and ability to live a purposeful, productive life. Just guessing, but is it the fact you feel as an individual you should have no altruism, owen no one anything, and what ever you amass is yours for the taking? Well, that is actually socialist-communist thinking of Nietzsche and the master/slave mentality. So, in effect, you ARE a socialist. Hmm, ironic is it not?

No, not inevitable, but desirable
