  • Some dog breeds are bred favouring a docile nature and are frankly stupid. Others, like the Border Collie are smarter than their owners sometimes.

  • Just like human races.

  • Border collies are demonstrably smarter than bulldogs. Some breeds have been intentionally bred to be more intelligent than others. NOT like human races as someone else suggested, which have not been bred for intelligence.

Everyone who i talk to says race doesn't exist or certain races aren't more intelligent than other races always say it's ok to say one breed of dog is smarter than another breed. Humans differentiated racially and moved across the globe long before they domesticated a single specie of wolf and let that wolf become many breeds of dogs. This leads me to conclude human races are more genetically diverse than dog breeds and people who say races can't be smarter than other races are just instilling a false sense of equality that is not supported

Like if they truly believed biological difference was too small for races to exist or have different intelligence then they would also say the biological difference between dog breeds is too small for different breeds to exist or have different intelligence but they don't truly believe that cause they say dogs breeds have different intelligences

@Heil: This is very different. Some species of dogs are bred for intelligence while others aren't.
