Sorry, as soon as someone makes a poll, and is the first person to vote on it, I dont tend to like it. I have no numbers or even general ideas of the situation, but the government is capable of 'running' and entire country while juggling guerrilla warfare and what ever else that region demands. I dont suppose that the LRA would even be capable of doing the governments job without the same or worse methods.
The LRA is pretty terrible, but the U's can claim no moral high ground. They use child soldiers, burn villages, and commit quite a few questionable acts.
