  • They're dead and they're terrorists, they have no rights, the people we could save by hacking their phones do.

  • I'd have to know more specifics, so take this with a grain of salt, but from what I know, those phones must belong to someone now, and the government shouldn't be allowed to access the information without either permission from the owner or a warrant issued "upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
