It's pretty reliable, but as with any source there's chance for error and bias in some articles. If the question was "is Wikipedia reliable" I would've answered yes, but I tend to be a literalist when it comes to 100%

Most high schools & colleges do not consider Wiki a "valid" or reputable source.

The fact that anyone can in deed change the information makes said information unreliable, for you might access it before it is fixed. It is also unusable as a source due to the fact that the page can quickly change if new information rises making the old information invalid or accessible when someone is trying to verify the source material you used.
