"I have a good life but I don't believe in a fairy tale with air-breathing fishes with weird names." It does not matter if 99% or 9% of people believe in evolution, fact is fact.
Loveshismom says2014-06-04T08:43:09.1561338-05:00
I wasn't saying that the number of people who believed in it had any effect on its accuracy.
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-04T09:02:46.2698646-05:00
Yet, you are calling it a fairy tale. There is a lot of evidence for evolution being true.
briantheliberal says2014-06-04T09:50:17.9728110-05:00
@Lovehismom So what do you believe in? The fairy tale of creationism?
madness says2014-06-04T14:03:58.5429809-05:00
"I have a good life but I don't believe in a fairy tale with air-breathing fishes with weird names" -Mudskippers are air breathing fish with weird a name....Am i missing something here?
Loveshismom says2014-06-10T19:24:51.9446641-05:00
@LMEIG, yes I'm calling it a fairy tale. Is that really so hypocritical? Please give me some observable evidence for evilution. Oh wait there is none! It's supposed to take billions of years so you can't observe it! And yet you call it scientific. Doesn't it have to be observable to be scientific? @briantheliberal, I do believe in creationism, but it doesn't have magic in it, just supernature. There's a difference @ madness, I wasn't talking about mudskippers. I was talking about whatever came after the Tiktaalik.
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-10T22:10:24.9893456-05:00
Look up silver fox experiment, ring species, bacteria evolution. Also, the Earth orbiting the sun was not discovered or observed directly, it was discovered by indirect means, doesn't make it not science.
Loveshismom says2014-06-13T10:13:19.9018515-05:00

Silver Fox still shows a huge step for evolution. Look at the foxes now compared to at the start. Your only argument against ring species says that it does not prove evolution as Darwin proposed. I also think that if you wish to say it does not give evidence of evolution that you should use science papers, after all, there are actual science papers that say that ring species do support evolution. I find it hilarious that you are attempting to argue irreducible complexity, an argument that has been debunked by MANY credible scientists, here is one example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_HVrjKcvrU "The observation was that the wind would blow harder than if the Ptolemaic model were true." So, not a direct observation, just like with evolution. Also, Michael Snyder? You realize he is a nut, right? http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Michael_T._Snyder
Loveshismom says2014-06-14T09:03:45.3367583-05:00
"The Silver Fox experiment still shows a huge step for evolution." It still doesn't prove it. I think my link about ring species only led to the home page. Let's see if it works this time: http://www.Evolutionnews.Org/2012/04/sorry_ring_spec058261.Html Don't bacteria evolve faster? And yet evolution is supposed to be a slow process. Yes Michael Snyder is a nut for Jesus.
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-16T09:29:59.1227443-05:00
Evolution is a slow process, bacteria evolve faster because they reproduce faster. Also, I am asking for a real science paper for ring species not being evidence for evolution. Lastly, you using words like prove shows that you do not know how science works. Math has proof, there is no proof in science.
Loveshismom says2014-06-16T09:50:28.9985681-05:00
That was a real science paper. I'm going to choose not to believe that a fish came up and started breathing air. What a fairy comedy!
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-16T10:32:43.7043000-05:00
No, that is not a science paper, that is a story. There is a HUGE difference. Also, look up the Mangrove rivulus. Itis a fish that can breathe air. Sorry, but what you believe does not matter. Fact is fact, and evolution is a scientific fact.
Loveshismom says2014-06-24T15:47:34.8735208-05:00
Yes it's a fable about ring species not being evidence for evolution. And I wasn't talking about Mangrove Rivuli or Mudkips from Pokemon (just kidding I meant mudskippers) when a said "air-breathing fish with weird names." I was talking about the ones seen on the timeline of evolution.
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-24T15:59:51.4266555-05:00
But, there is evidence that it happened. The Mangrove rivulus is just an example of a fish that can breath air to show that this type of evolution is possible.
Loveshismom says2014-06-24T16:18:40.3791961-05:00
But are they on the timeline? Also, I'm gonna choose not to believe in something if it's been debunked by people who believe in it.
Loveshismom says2014-06-24T16:27:27.8179166-05:00
Evolution doesn't make life good. Jesus does.
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-24T16:37:30.5297389-05:00
They are not part of the timeline of the transition, but that does not make evolution any less true. Also, can you provide evidence for how evolution has been debunked from credible scientific journals? Also, you have the burden of proof on how Jesus makes life good.
Loveshismom says2014-06-24T17:11:39.3124566-05:00
1. A YouTube video and 2. Jesus makes a bad life good by making it do a 180.
Loveshismom says2014-06-24T17:12:25.8218667-05:00
I also take some offense to that new profile picture you're using.
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-24T17:15:59.5687988-05:00
"1. A YouTube video and 2. Jesus makes a bad life good by making it do a 180." This does not fill your BoP... "I also take some offense to that new profile picture you're using." It is a picture from a YouTube channel that does a bible study. It is called TheBibleReloaded
Loveshismom says2014-06-27T11:23:27.1866937-05:00
"That does not fulfill your bop" how not? That picture tells me you're calling Jesus a murdererrrrrrrr.....
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-27T13:15:03.8743498-05:00
It does not fill your BoP because you did not provide evidence for that claim and whenever people have tried it can be explained as a placebo. Also, it does not mean Jesus is a murderer, it simply is a picture for a Bible study group.
Loveshismom says2014-06-27T14:08:47.7718248-05:00
I saw a EuTube video about how a Muslim seeked Muhammad and found Jesus instead.
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-27T14:21:32.4108623-05:00
I've read an article about how a hardcore Christian found his way to Muhammad when researching his religion. You still are proving nothing.
Loveshismom says2014-06-27T14:41:32.5064931-05:00
The Muslim was pretty hardcore and treating his wife poorly and like dirt. I bet the Muslim YOU mentioned is being like that to his wife as we speak. I am still proving something.
lifemeansevolutionisgood says2014-06-27T14:56:15.3577990-05:00
You are using a minority of Muslims to try and make a point. I can point to the Westboro Baptist Church and say that all Christians are like that to make a point, but it is logically flawed. Your point is moot.
