I'm 17 and I'm born after the dissolution of the USSR... Although I'm constantly reminded of it by my mum, who still says 'Soviet Union' and 'West Germany' when she forgets that they're history.
I don't even like Russia today.
@briantheliberal What's wrong with Russia?
What isn't wrong with Russia? Their leader, Vladimir Putin, is a power-hungry lunatic. Neo-Nazis run rampant through many parts of the country. They constantly violate international laws. Many Russians are incredibly intolerant, xenophobia and homophobia are not uncommon.
^ there was a thing I saw somewhere where minority soccer players were openly concerned about the racism they could face when the world cup is played in Russia in 2018
Russian men are $exy...And I do have experience
Imabench, that is also why people petitioned to move the Olympics out of Russia as well. They simply cannot be reasoned with and many people of color, and LGBT are threatened to even participate there. Nobody wants to deal with Russia and their ultra-conservative culture.
Well hello there Emilrose
Mm hello there Mr Russian ;)
