The sun produced a giant solar flare, but luckily the sun was facing the other way.

  • Jet even there is a way to survive that crazy high radiations from the sun. But we would have to quit capitalism (yeah). We would store our materials underground. The satelites would be put in the safest orbit. And saving some species from extinction (especially plants) would be even greater. But we also would need to be more Bioregionalistic.

The bad thing is that it wouldn't be a power outage , all systems would be permenantly damaged . So we'd have to start from scratch. If power just went out your only have to build a generator and most things would still work.

This isn't true at all. The atmosphere absorbs this kind of solar flair regularly. This is a hoax. Http://www.Universetoday.Com/44793/2012-nasas-scientific-reality-check/ http://www.Youtube.Com/watch?V=QJjQMwEjC1I http://astrobiology.Nasa.Gov/ask-an-astrobiologist/ http://www.Cosmophobia.Org/

Yea, small solar flares, a big one can do damage, they had a series of electrical fires because of flares in the 80's
