I haven't listened to enough of Prokofiev to make a good decision here, although I do like Stravinsky.
I like firebird but you have got to listen to prokofievs violin concerto tho
I'm not a big fan of Firebird, Petroushka, Rite of Spring, the Tango or any other Stravinsky work I've heard. I just don't get them. However, it was really easy to get into Prokofiev's piano sonatas, concerti, ballets, etc. I very much enjoy them.
