Should a 8th grader already know what happened in the concentration camp

  • Very important part of history. Obviously don't need to go into gruesome details though

  • what is with this epidemic of coddling kids to the point of deciding what they should or shouldn't learn in school? Isn't school supposed to prepare you for the real world… where things like the Holocaust happened?

  • Yeah it seems like an important thing to know and I actually learned it when I was younger. I think I learned it when I was too young but 8th grade should be good.
