I say yes and no. Yes in the sense they have specific needs, but no in the sense they shouldn't be seen as any less than any other human being.

They are just very introverted People and I can sympathize with that being an INTJ I don't like being touched of even people being within arms reach of me , I don't like talking much unless your wrong then I won't shut up. I think resorces spent on them should be about understanding thier thought process not trying to make them talkative .
