Should being in a Militia be grounds to revoke a gun permit?

  • No, that's dumb. Much of the point of the second amendment is so that people can gather together to fight against a government that they deem to be corrupt. In addition, just because they joined a militia doesn't mean that they're being violent. If they get violent, then sure.

What do you mean by militia , like the National Guard, or a put together militia?
