No not in all fifty states. In all fifty states, and us territories (guam Us virgin islands etc).

@shaancl_716 Are people not entitled to their own opinion? I have a limited opinion on this, but I can see both sides of the argument. People who are more conservative in their opinions will not agree. As they think that marriage is traditionally based on procreation, something which inherently homosexuals cannot do among themselves. Also institutionally marriage is between a man and a woman, and it is a religious ceremony in general, or at least a ceremony that has connotations with the church. There are more arguments, but I shall not go into them.
