  • Second amendment of the Constitution!

  • You don't need an AR-15, the police will protect you. Now a picture of rabid street thugs smashing the windows out of a police car while others loot and burn down businesses and the police doing nothing.

  • Guns should not be banned. They should be restricted and should only be available for those who pass a background check or mental health screening.

So no middle ground

Guns aren't necessary for civilians. In Australia we don't walk around with guns and there's no issue

Guns are ways for people to fatally harm other human beings. There is no middle ground.

Second Amendment is hundreds of years old. Circumstances are different from now and back then.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-05-04T19:45:07.7430172-05:00
@JSJUNG, such failure of understand human nature. Human nature is the exactly the same as it was back then, the rights in the constitution matter regardless of time.
JSJUNG says2015-05-04T19:48:56.1752297-05:00
Except the circumstances are different. Back then, guns were rare and expensive to acquire. Now a days, anyone with connections and pocket cash can buy a gun. Do not act so cheeky.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-05-04T19:49:47.6927510-05:00
The reason for the right to bear arms had nothing to do with how many people owned them.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-05-04T19:50:20.4022256-05:00
Otherwise they would have put a limited to what percentage of civilians could own a gun.
JSJUNG says2015-05-04T19:53:25.6390004-05:00
Back then, mass production was not heard of. They did not know that there would be more guns than U.S Citizens, especially now that we have more than 300 million Citizens. Do not be so cheeky.
Mathgeekjoe says2015-05-04T20:00:45.1314131-05:00
" They did not know that there would be more guns than U.S Citizens" Last time I checked there is more citizens than guns. I find your claim bogus.

@JSJUNG Not defending your claim?
CyberConor says2015-05-06T19:31:13.8595201-05:00
@JSJUNG, the founding fathers specifically made the Bill of Rights so that it would last for more than 2 hundred years. 2 hundred years ago, the People and the Government had the same weapons. Now the government has a nuke, all we are asking is a rifle. We tried to ban drugs, looked how that turned out. Now we do that with guns, law abiding citizens follow it, oh wait, where did those criminals get guns, better defend myself- wait I don't have a gun: *gets shot in chest, children get shot, wife get's raped,"
JSJUNG says2015-05-13T17:11:18.8153951-05:00
Certain drugs are not yet legalized. Not even Marijuana is legalized in most states. Please be thoughtful before posting.
