Yes, it is free speech
No, it is offensive and mean
Yes, but they shouldn't be allowed to commit "hate crimes".
They should only be tolerated legally. Socially people should speak up against them.
Just because you disagree with the message of the group, that entitles you to no such privilege of their disbandment. Some people today are complete babies and get offended by everything, it's quite sad really.
They should be legal (constitutional freedom), but not encouraged or left not spoken against.
Yes. Doesn't mean speaking out or taking action against them should be illegal. but as long as they are not doing anything illegal (murder, arson, stalking, etc.) then they are allowed to say whatever they want. and by the way an organization being legal doesn't mean it needs to be officially recognized theres a difference.
As long as they don't attack anyone. Of course it's horrible, but once you start making them illegal, the government can start saying that protests against something is hate speech.
Free speech should ALWAYS be supported, as per the 1st amendment, or just in principal everywhere. Also, what is "hate" varies from person to person. I believe in a seperate nations for every race/ethnicity. People say that is hate. The SPLC calls the family research council a hate group. People who draw cartoons of muhammed or jesus are called haters. I could say that the democrat party is a hate group because it promotes discrimination via affirmative action. Banning "hate" is impossible and an attack on freedom. Virtually everyone is guilty by someone else's definition.
Liberty and freedom are no excuse. If you are being a pest, you're being a pest. There should be no reason to recognise you legally.
Think about the feelings of the victims.
