  • First off, *Offensive. Not "offencive." But I think a hate group is something we should track instead of deny. If we make them illegal they will still exist and just become terrorist groups that don't feel like they can act in public. We are safe because they don't usually feel the need for anonymity.

  • Depending on how the hate group shares their opinion, if they are screaming and smashing things.. then lets be reasonable that's the wrong way to express your opinion. But at the end of the day "hate groups" are just a different way of free speech.

  • If you voted no you are more dangerous than any "hate group" could be

  • I believe hate groups should be legal. However, once a group is classified as a hate group they should be separated from other groups that preform protest. They should not be given the right to attend activities to preform their protest either. Example: In my opinion Westboro Baptist Church is a hate group. Since they are a hate group they should be allowed to say what they please within the law but not allowed to protest at funerals. I hope I got my point across.

  • Yes, every group is a hate group. Everyone is against something.

  • Almost all hate groups exist because of religion. We should defeat these groups by leaving their religion, thus dropping the support for their claims. And by pushing them when they commit criminal acts.

  • 1st amendment. Stop trying to take away people's rights.

There should be restrictions to what hate groups can do, they shouldn't be able to advertise or anything. They should purely just voice their idiotic beliefs to be made fun of.

@Triangle: Maybe it should be like cigarettes. No TV ads, but they can put up signs in public places and distribute their bs in person. That way they can occasionally get decked so I have something to laugh about.

But what about that hate group that created those disgusting ads that have to be printed on cigarettes as a deterrent to purchasing them. You seem to like some hate groups ...

@FreedomBeforeEquality: You don't seem to comprehend what a hate group is. It is a group that targets a certain group of human beings and wishes to strip them of their rights. It is organized bigotry. It isn't a bunch of doctors saying that a cigarette company needs to be honest.

No no no ... Stripped a business of it's rights. Get it right. Chiquita bananas aren't subject to such rules. It was organized bigotry at its finest.
FreedomBeforeEquality says2015-05-29T12:24:58.8732049-05:00
And to be clear ... A company or business IS a "certain group of human beings"

Let's not continue to dehumanize people just because of the place they work at. Those doctors used their business as leverage in this case. I don't see you dehumanizing them.
