Sex offender registry for youth is unnecessary.They should get rehabilitation not a punish.

I feel like many youth commit adult crime now a day such as murder,rape,robbery,child molestation,kidnapping and etc... If they are capable understanding the act and consequences ,then they should be held responsibility and in some serious crime they should be tried as an adult.
Someone who commit sex offense shouldn't get off easily without being in trouble.So age is absolutely not an defense for criminal charge.People at all age should have responsibility of their action especially kids age 13-17 understand the consequences and the act very well enough so they should be tried as an adult .
