As near as I can tell, its total bullsh*t. I've never heard of the issue so I googled it a few ways. Looks like it was just a meme last summer within a pretty small circle on the creepiest right-wing peripheries (alex jones, etc). I guess a company that reverse engineers flavor by cultivating kidney cells that were once harvested from an fetus 45 years ago. The company then consults with most of big food companies in the US including Pepsi. Somehow the conspiracy nuts amplified their delusional perspective until they parked on "Pepsi is made from dead babies per Obama's command." Best to disregard this crap.
