Should the Cuban Embargo be lifted completely?

After nearly sixty years of an economic embargo of Cuba, the question comes to rise if the embargo still serves a meaningful purpose today. Many argue that it does, since the embargo is a "moral statement". That argument is countered by the fact that keeping the embargo in place does not change human rights violations in Cuba at all, and besdies; we already trade with communistic/socailistic nations that have many human rights violations. What's the execption of Cuba? There are many arguements to consider,
