Should the tests have or not have time limits?

I just can't say. Although my score would have improved a hell lot if it was not timed, But it's timed for everyone else. It was my problem that I was sleep deprived that day. If it isn't timed then it's too easy. And people will take a hell lot of time, so its better if it's be timed like it is now!
