TO lower the world's population you have to go for the big competitive country's with a massive population. Especially if you are planning to one conquer the world. Or at least a few countries and the call it a day.

Thats irrelevant as I don't live in North Korea and I certainly dont live in the decadence of the west or as you call it america. Just because I want them do as I have asked does not mean I support them or their ideology. I just want them to do the dirty dishes so I can eat my next meal on a clean plate.

I have a feeling they will be stupid enough to accidentally detonate a nuke so close to them that the radiation will kill a lot of them and a bunch of Chinese.

We need keep and eye on him but as of right now, North Korea poses no threat.
Yes, America will crush them. But a WW3 could start. The bad guys: Russia, North Korea and China. Against the good guys: UK, EU, USA, South Korea, Japan; and Canada, Australia and India probably. We would still crush the three bad countries!
