@grizalee One is a fetus in which the baby did nothing wrong. The other is a man who killed someone. I see a clear difference.

I think that if the crime is sufficiently terrible, certain individuals other than the judge or the jury (I.E. The victim's family) should be able to decide whether the criminal is executed or not.
