What, if any, U.S. Military assistance should be provided to Nigerian Military?(As it pertains to Boko Haram.)

Yeah that was misleading a bit, i was trying to depict that the money would be for Weapons and training upgrades, currently Nigerian Army only receives two magazines of 60 rounds to fight a heavily equipped Boko Haram force.
