Order also makes some peoples happy because there is no chaos in the world they live in. For example, the order of position and laws in the Dark Ages(old England) had supported ranks. Of course it didn't allow freedom, but it kept everyone in place and protected them.
What is the point of having order if people cannot be free to have happiness? People can be happy in poverty or chaos, but if they have no freedom they will despair whether or not they have a peaceful or stable life. While order and freedom can exist side-by-side, freedom is more just a goal, as order can be brought tyrannically.
Without freedom, order means nothing.
I rather live by myself than in a ordered world where my existence goes through nothing.
