A college

Honestly, you should look into/consider the costs, the campus lifestyle, how comfortable you feel, and which college makes you feel the most happy. Also, check out some alumni/student reviews. Contacts current students at each and ask them their opinions on the college. Good luck!

You should go wherever you feel most "at home/comfortable" and within your financial means. Do not allow the College Review of a certain media source fool you, or persuade you. A college can be #1 on the review, but NOT #1 for you!
