Absolutely Antarctica. It's not even close. The record high temperature on the continent of Antarctica is 59F. Most of Alaska reaches that temperature regularly, and inland Alaska can sometimes reach 80F or 90F. Temperatures of -50F or lower are commonplace in Antarctica, but exceptionally cold in most of Alaska.
