I prefer logic and empathy. I don't rely on ancient texts, the concept of god or other people to determine what I do and do not find morally acceptable.

I would use a combination of logic and religion

I go all out efficiency even if that means discarding personal rights

Discarding personal rights is never really efficient but okay...

Empathy is the source of all morals. There is no true morality without empathy.

Even if was religious I woukdn't use religion because in some cases the ends justfy the means. And I wouldn't turn the other cheek if someone massacred my family, I would seek vengeance and kill them. Sometimes vengeance is justice. Sometimes the ends justify the means.

Religion is illogical, all evil is religion, and logic is resonable, as its logical

Whatever I feel like at the time.

Not all religion is evil, that is very extreme and illogical. I can understand why people follow religion because they want a moral code and something to believe in. However I don't think people should rely on religion. I was once very religious and sepised Atheism then I was extremely Atheist and despised religion especially christianity but now I realise that religion and Atheism both deserve to be respected. Let people believe what they want.

Those for can all interact. Its impossible to make a decision with out mixing at least to. And its near impossible to not use society in your decision.

Stefy, I am asking, if you had to choose, which would you rather base your morals on exclusively, not where your morals come from.

I would say a little bit of logic and empathy.

I don't understand why logic would be the basis of morality. Logic needs premises, and one needs things other than logic on which to base those premises.

Experience would suffice no? Logic and Empathy come second. Build off our experiences and find the two promoting morality. Empathy being short term, and Logic long term.
