.999 repeating is equal to 1 in reality


I am not doubting this fact in our mathematical system, just in reality because i understand all of the proofs and i think that there are flaws in our system of math. First off .333 repeating doesn't equal 1/3 because it's just an estimate or place holder. So thats my take on the proof: .333 repeating equals 1/3 .666 repeating equals 2/3 .999 repeating equals 3/3 This proof does not work in reality because i don't even believe the first two statements.
